This lightweight, yet powerful handheld scanner is capable of both reading and inputting 12 different 1D symbologies and multiple 2D symbologies, with the ability to scan multiple types of barcodes simultaneously.

It operates in temperatures between 23 and 113 degrees Fahrenheit, and functions in humidity up to 95 degrees without condensation. The Adesso NuScan 5000 can withstand repeated drops to concrete from a height of five feet without damage, so the occasional accidental drop won’t require you to replace your scanning devices.

Additional Features and Functionality

The Adesso NuScan is incredibly lightweight at under four ounces, so it won’t contribute to fatigue or pain that can impact productivity for continuous and repetitive scanning tasks. And at 3.5 inches wide, 2.4 inches deep, and 6.3 inches tall, it’s also a compact device that’s comfortable to hold.
